SDLG is already well known for its leading wheel loader range that is ideal for farm operations and they are now joined by the most current mini excavators available

Farm operations are replacing additional farmhands with equipment that can be used by less experienced operators and the addition of the ER616F mini excavator into the SDLG range is what many have been waiting for.
This entry-level model has a very handy operating weight of 1.88 tonnes and will join the ER636F and E660FL already working on a wide range of agricultural tasks.
All three models come with the peace of mind farmers are looking for with the added benefit of a comprehensive 3-year/6000-hour warranty.
With the choice of the three different operating ranges, farmers will find the right model to enable a cut back on man hours, without the need to employ an extra person.
For many farmers, SDLG has become the “go-to” wheel loader model for the past decade, and the badge has maintained a reputation for delivering consistent performance with minimal maintenance, and when attention is required, backup is always there.
Building on this success, by SDLG extending its range of mini excavators, the company is also setting higher equipment standards in the agricultural sector.

Andrew Egan, National Product Manager for SDLG at CJD Equipment explains, “The new mini excavator models include standard functions that are usually optional on other machines, making SDLG models extremely good value for money.
“Coupled with SDLG’s reputation of simplicity, reliability, and ease of operation, SDLG excavators will likely become one of the first choices amongst astute buyers,” Andrew Egan concludes.
There are currently three SDLG mini-excavator models available in the range, including the ER616F, ER636F, and the E660FL.
With the benefit of the most current design, these models have reliability at their core, and either zero or reduced tail swing while running on durable rubber tracks.
Expect and get, the most current hydraulic systems and easy-to-operate controls, while the engine power is assured from globally respected manufacturers Kubota and Yanmar.
As a result, the range of SDLG mini excavators can deliver optimal power and stability at a competitive price, without compromising on operator comfort and reliability.

ER616F has efficiency at Its core
The entry-level model, the just-released ER616F is now the smallest of the SDLG excavator range but operators will find it’s big on performance and has the user-friendliness for just about anybody to master.
This robust and reliable model can fit into many farm operations as it takes full advantage of its simple-to-operate design with an operating weight of 1.88 tonnes.
Fitted with an energy-saving fuel-efficient Kubota 10kW (13hp) engine, it also has zero-tail swing and high-quality hydraulic components for precise control and increased stability working around confined areas.
The ER616F can deliver a powerful excavation force of 15kN, making it adaptable for various farm jobbing applications.
With its zero-tail swing design, it allows the ER616F to manoeuvre efficiently in confined shedding and stockyards while reducing the risk of accidental damage.
From the very beginning, engineers have applied the ER616F design to cater for small regional municipal projects and farm jobbing, by making it robust and dependable.
Its simplicity to work makes it an ideal machine for any operator new to excavating, while seasoned professionals will get a higher work rate than previously.
With an ergonomically positioned mechanical accelerator, pilot handle and control switch, the ER616F is well placed to help operators do any job quickly and precisely.
This machine also has integrated tip-over protection (TOPS) and OPG1, ideal to add another level to enhance safety, giving operators peace of mind when working in challenging conditions.
The hydraulic system offers a 52-litres/min flow, while the ER616F has a maximum digging depth of 2.29m and dump height of 2.49m and offers a bucket capacity of 0.04 cub.m.

ER636F is ready to order now
The new ER636F mini excavators are expected to be a best seller from the SDLG range.
With an operating weight of 3.8 tonnes, this model has the compact design farmers are looking for and with zero tail-swing that allows it to work within tight spaces and engine power of 20kW (27hp), it will be the first choice for many operators.

The ER636F has a high-torque, highly efficient Yanmar Tier III engine that powers up to 20.2kW (27hp) and with a load-sensing hydraulic system it offers smooth operation with reduced noise and vibration. Hydraulic flow is 80-litres/min.
For improved durability, the upper frame is reinforced to ensure uniform load distribution with a ground clearance of 575mm.
Additionally, the undercarriage delivers outstanding wear resistance, and the boom and arm use high-tensile steel and reinforced castings to ensure longer service life.
Considering its compact design, the cab on the ER636F is spacious and allows for 360-deg vision.
Fitted as an optimised structure the cab offers a commanding position with firm stability and reduced noise and vibration. Everything is close at hand, including a digital instrument display and a suspension seat and air conditioning come as standard for added operator comfort.
The opening angle of the engine hood allows for unrestricted access to filters and pressure testing ports, and relays and fuses are located inside the cab to ensure easy access.
The ER636F has a maximum digging depth of 3.1m and dump height of 3.38m and offers a bucket capacity of 0.11 cub.m.

E660FL has the power to unleash
The SDLG E660FL excavator is available for heavier workloads, weighing in at a 6-tonnes operating weight this model is currently the most powerful option from the new SDLG mini excavator range.
Fitted with a highly efficient four-cylinder Yanmar Tier III engine that offers 38.3kW (52hp) of power it is coupled with an energy-saving hydraulic system. As a result, the E660FL delivers both power and fuel economy.
The load-sensing hydraulic system is engineered to deliver 138-litres/min performance and efficiency with a variable piston pump for precise control in various conditions.

With an automatic idle system fitted, the E660FL offers nine work modes and can enable instant power as needed, further minimising fuel consumption and noise.
Similar to the other models in the SDLG mini excavator range, the E660FL is designed to minimise maintenance with the main operating components, filters and electrical systems grouped for easy ground-level access.
All of the core components, including the engine and hydraulics systems, are sourced from world-renowned manufacturers to ensure the highest reliability and ready availability of part replacements.
Recognised for its dependability and operator comfort, this excavator boasts a reduced tail swing, a spacious cab and a compact design.
The E660FL cab is designed with industry-leading noise reduction technologies, making it well-suited for operators who spend long shifts in the cab.
The E660FL is also fitted with ROPS and OPG2 protection, a high-quality digital instrument display for the operator to keep tabs on everything.
Ultimate comfort is available for the operator through the suspension seat and full air conditioning that keeps harsh environments outside the cab.
The E660FL has a maximum digging depth of 3.76m and dump height of 4.22m, and offers a bucket capacity of 0.22 cub.m.
