Ultrasafe has been protecting the health of local farmers for almost 30 years with high quality carbon air filters

Independent testing has proven that Ultrasafe’s cabin air filters with ADXORB Activated Carbon were the only ones to pass the industry standard.
Testing was performed in the USA to Industry Standard S613-3 for cabin air filters using ADXORB Activated Carbon. With this carbon and the build quality of the ultrasafe filters, they were the only ones to pass the important standard.
Testing was performed alongside the well know OEM and European filter brands, and the two leading North American brands. Alarmingly, safe chemical adsorption performance was only achieved with ADXORB Activated Carbon from Ultrasafe.
Ultrasafe filters removed more chemicals, lasted longer, and performed better than all others meaning operator safety can only be assured with the right chemical filter.

So significant was the difference that ADXORB™ filters removed more than twice the weight of chemicals than the next brand. The poorest performing filters only adsorbed 11.7g of chemical in the test compared to av 124.1 grams within Ultrasafe filters.
Ultrasafe manufactures over 1500 filter models for all makes and models, with new models being designed and tested regularly. Over 30 years of experience have led to their position as the most trusted and reliable supplier for Australian farmers.
An Ultrasafe tractor cabin filter will achieve both dust and vapour capture. Chemical filters contain two layers of specially designed dust and vapour capture, as well as the compact ADXORB Activated Carbon bed which adsorbs chemicals.
The carbon layer works by attracting harmful chemicals and contaminants to the external surface. Each activated carbon particle has the surface area of a football field which can hold a significant volume of chemicals within its complex pore structure.

Chemical and dust filters from Ultrasafe can be reconditioned on-site once used. The Standard recommends filters are replaced each year or spraying season, although this will depend on the volume and type of spraying conditions.
An added function on Ultrasafe filters is a visual indicator – a cell of beads that change colour as the filter ages, going from purple when it’s new, through to brown and then black when it needs to be replaced.
The express Recharge service involved a complete reconditioning of your filter to almost new condition and within a fast turnaround. Filters are returned airtight in a vacuum seal ensuring freshness for their next use.
Many farmers keep a spare cabin filter on hand ready for immediate replacement as required.

Recharging your chemical filter can save 50% compared to the purchase of a new filter. This process can be repeated on the same filter over several years.
