The Brandt Group of Companies has confirmed that effective 1 December 2022 the company has successfully settled on acquiring the assets of Westernport Tractors & Implements Pty Ltd.

This acquisition unites all Southern Victoria under a single John Deere dealership brand, Brandt.

Westernport Tractors is a familiar entity on the Mornington Peninsula, serving the local community with a range of small farm, garden, and recreational equipment from leading manufacturer John Deere.

The Hastings-based operation will continue with business as usual, with the same team that customers have come to know and trust over the past 30-plus years.

“Just like Westernport Tractors, Brandt is a family owned and operated business where serving the customer is absolutely #1,” says Brandt CEO, Shaun Semple.

“The fit between our two organisations is a natural one and we look forward to welcoming former Westernport Tractors owner Ross Beischer and his team to the Brandt family,” Shaun Semple added.
