Continental will extend its agricultural radial tyre range with the release of two series 65 tyres. The TractorMaster and the new CombineMaster for harvesters.
The first tyres in this series will be available from July 2018 in many world markets.
The TractorMaster is an advanced tractor series 65 tyre and complements the standard tyres Tractor70 and Tractor85. In addition, the company will launch a harvester tyre in a size 800/65R32 178 A8 to be marketed under the CombineMaster name.
The brand names of the new tyres are in line with the naming concept of all of Continental’s OTR range.
Just like the port and earthmover tyres, the names connect the vehicle type used with the ending ‘Master’. The naming concept uses the logic of all Continental OTR tyres literally mastering the challenges of the specific vehicle they are developed for.
As a consequence of both the launch and naming of the series 65 tractor tyre. The radial tyre TractorMaster for the use on terminal tractors in port applications will be renamed to TerminalMaster at the launch in July 2018.
