Kicking off on Friday 22 March and with added content for 2024 the Light Regional Farm and 4×4 Expo promises to be an eclectic event
As well as all the previous event exhibitors, the Farm and 4×4 Expo held in Freeling SA across two days will have something extra this year.
There will still be plenty of Farming exhibitions, and they will now joined by cars, 4×4 vehicles and equipment for work and also camping, fishing, caravans and everything else in between.
The 2024 event will feature Brad Hogg, the former Australian cricketer and grain producers Australia Ambassador for Farmer Mates mental health, and Craig ‘Macca’ McGown a well-known 4×4 enthusiast and host of ‘What’s Up Downunder’ on channel 10. As well as attending, Macca will also speak at the expo.
The Light Regional Farm & 4×4 Expo will be held over two days on Friday and Saturday the 22 and 23 March at the Farm Centre in Freeling SA.
Moving forward the Light Regional Farm & 4×4 Expo will act as a barometer for social, economic, agricultural prosperity and growth in the entire region and will be a permanent bi-annual fixture held at the FARM Centre in Freeling SA within the Light Region.
At the 2024 event, the Expo will showcase all the latest developments in farming practices, machinery, equipment, technology and services.
A well patronised section for 2024 is where the extended section for new cars/Utes/four-wheel drives will be on show, offering an excellent chance for people thinking of buying to compare models.
In addition, caravans, trailers, solar, water tanks, motorcycles, tools, and All-terrain vehicles will also be on show.
For farming equipment buyers, the Farm & 4×4 Expo will attract the most prominent farm machinery dealers from near and far. It is a great list making for ample buyer opportunities.
The Farm Centre venue is both exhibitor and people friendly, easy to navigate, flat and well laid out. Nearby free parking is another well-received feature of the event.
The expo is managed by The Freeling Recreation Park Committee and Belgravia Leisure with all proceeds of the event returning to the Freeling Recreation Park as well as the many volunteer groups that support the expo within the Light Region.
The expo will have exhibitors across two outdoor ovals for outside stall holders, while there is a pavilion especially for food stalls, and in addition there is a state-of-the-art indoor venue for 70 stall holders within the FARM Centre.

Visitors can expect a very exciting event with the gates open from 10:00am to 4:00pm on both Friday and Saturday. The admission price is Adults $15.00, Pensioner and Student concession $10.00, while children 15yrs and under and companion card holders have free admission.
