Miller Bobcat 200 Air Pak Diesel is a workshop must

The Miller Bobcat 200 Air Pak is your first call for farm maintenance repairs as it delivers compressed air, generator power, battery charging/crank assist and full welding capabilities

The Miller Bobcat 200 Air Pak diesel welder generator offers much more with a further built-in air compressor along with battery charge capabilities all supplied in a rugged exterior casing that hosts a Kubota 14kw (19hp) three-cylinder diesel engine that delivers up to 210 amps and generates 6,500 watts of continuous power

This powerful all-in-one tool is highly portable and unique in its design as it offers everything a farm workshop or portable power unit can offer.

Take a look at this line of tasks that can be tackled with the Miller Bobcat 200 Air Pak.

First up there is unbeatable multi-process welding at the quality level you would expect from Miller, add to that a fully integrated rotary screw air compressor.

And if that wasn’t enough alone, included 6,500 watts of continuous generator power for on-site jobbing where no other resource would normally be available.

Plus, add to that a built-in battery charger and vehicle jump-start system.

To put it in a nutshell, whether in a workshop or a remote location, the Miller Bobcat 200 Air Pak will deliver compressed air, and loads of generator power, as well as provide charge for flat batteries and full Stick, MIG and DC TIG welding capabilities.

The Bobcat 200 Air Pak can provide compressed air, generator power and welding capabilities along with battery jumpstarts while delivering fuel savings as one machine is being used for several tasks

Power in your hands

The Bobcat 200 Air Pak gets its power from a 14kW (19hp) Kubota D722 three-cylinder diesel engine with a fuel tank capacity of 26.5-litres. Backed by the True Blue™ 3-year warranty.

This engine drive generates 6,500 watts of continuous power and delivers up to 210 amps of Stick, MIG and DC TIG welding power.

Because this one machine does it all, it frees up a lot of space in a workshop and also reduces the overall weight on a Ute, Side x Side or light truck as it allows you to take all the tools you need to get any job done onsite.

Plus, with just one machine instead of four, you’ll save time on maintenance as well as costs on fuel and servicing.

When you need a portable option in a remote location for complete onsite maintenance the Miller Bobcat 200 Air Pak runs on diesel so it will always be up to the job.

Get things moving much quicker by jump starting any farm vehicle with charge only 100A and crank assistance is 300A for quick turn-over of 12- or 24-volt batteries

The basic premise behind the all-in-one Bobcat 200 Air Pak is to combine the functions of several machines into just one. And it achieves just that.

With a much-reduced payload, it replaces a pto-powered or an engine-driven air compressor and engine-driven welder/generator, and a battery jump starter. Lightweight and compact it weighs only 292kg and expands payload space.

Testing on the Bobcat 200 Air Pak has met ANSI, CSA and AU/NZ standards, while the overall built and surface finish are concealed in a strong durable enclosure that allows the unit to withstand high temperatures, heavy rain, dust and minor impacts.

And with the aim of getting the most efficiencies and to reduce fuel consumption,

There is Auto-Speed™ advanced technology that automatically adjusts engine speed to match weld and battery charge demands.

With the Air compressor, welder and generator all run with one engine, apart from reducing emissions it has been estimated fuel consumption is also reduced as the one unit is replacing the task of what would otherwise be several single models.

Bobcat 200 delivers

Easily tackle any metal build or maintenance in both the workshop or paddock as the Bobcat Air Pack 200 is capable of Stick, MIG and DC TIG welding up to 210 amps.

It also produces 6,500 watts of continuous and 8,000 watts of peak auxiliary power through 240V receptacles that are easy to access on the front panel.

The generator also provides 100A of DC current to quickly charge 12- or 24-volt batteries. Jobsite equipment with weak batteries can get up to 300A of crank assistance.

In addition, the 6,500-watt generator power can be used to operate a very wide range of electrical equipment and any tools needed on the jobsite, as well as lighting requirements.

For remote locations the Bobcat 200 Air Pak is the first choice with its strong casing and compact dimensions of L/W/H of 1200x508x756mm and all up weight of 292kg

Hosting compressed air at 30 cfm the Rotorcomp® rotary-screw air compressor produces a pressure range between 80 and 175 psi. Enough power to run virtually any air tool, including 19mm (3/4-inch) impact wrenches.

The rotary-screw design air compressor has shown to be able to outperform and outlast reciprocating compressors and because there is no air tank, you can access the full output of the air immediately.

With the air compressor switch in the 20 cfm position, the engine runs at 2,400 rpm (idle).

And when running in the highest setting 30 cfm position, the engine runs at 3,600 rpm.

Add a further feather cap is that the Bobcat 200 comes in a compact body build that sits on a small footprint of just 1200mm in length, 508mm wide while standing 756mm high for an all-up weight of 292kg.

There is no valid reason for any farm not to have a Miller Bobcat 200 Air Pak Diesel in the workshop or the back of a Ute. It saves space and will do just about anything you ask of it.
