In line with its increasing involvement in tractor pulling competitions Mitas has announced its official sponsorship of the 2022 Mitas Euro Challenge
During these events, specially modified high-power tractors compete to pull a heavy load known as a “sled” over a given distance.
The weight of the sled increases with the distance travelled. There are multiple categories depending on the weight and the degree of modification of the competition machines.
Tractor pulling is a popular sport in America and Western Europe, these events draw good crowds and put on a top show with powerful machines competing hard against each other.
The next top-level event will take place on 26 to 28 August 2022 in Great Eccleston, Great Britain.
Organized by the European Tractor Pulling Committee (ETPC) and hosted by the North-West Tractor Pulling Club, European teams will compete in eight classes during the 3-day event.
Emil Houška, Communications and Brand Senior Manager for Mitas tyres says, “This is a key event for us, as we continue to develop tires especially for tractor pulling, in the two most common sizes.

The tractor pulling show will take place from Friday 26 August, until Sunday 28 August with visitors able to see all tractor pulling classes competing.
