Last year more than 30,000 people had a great day out and the organisers are expecting even bigger crowds this year.
As well as loaders and handling equipment, an ‘innovations tent’ will be the stage for free, non-stop presentations on the latest technology in excavators, loaders, dumpers, tractors, trenchers and more throughout the three days of the show.
Entry is free to everyone and you don’t have to register. There’s loads of parking and plenty of entertainment for kids of all ages.
“With the industry owning, managing and operating its own event, it’s a great platform where we can add value to the knowledge base of solutions options for business owners, contractors and equipment users”, said Expo CEO Steve Zivkovich.
“The average contractor may find it a challenge to keep up with rapidly evolving machine technologies. Successful businesses need to continually assess what is the most efficient and appropriate equipment for their business” Steve said.
If you’re an equipment operator, you can enter the “Operators Challenge” with the chance to earn up to $21,000 in prize money for anyone who wants to demonstrate their skill and take home a trophy earned as Australia’s top operator.
Daily heats will culminate in a final challenge for the trophy and bragging rights as “Australia’s top operator”.
