Mahindra Ag and Auto Australia has announced the introduction of two new models from the same, and now co-owned, Japanese factory.

Built in the newly named Mitsubishi Mahindra Agricultural Machinery Co. Ltd factory in Japan, the new 34 HP 8×8 Synchro Shuttle 1533 and 38 HP Hydrostatic 1538 will compete in one of the toughest segments of the market.

The 30-50HP segment has been very successful for Mahindra in 2015 on the back of the launch of the 41HP 4025 4WD Tractor in February 2015.

The new Mahindra 1533 and 1538 offer eco-friendly Tier IV engines, tilt steering columns, spacious and semi-flat operator platforms with rubber mats and ergonomic controls for operator comfort.

Where most of the market is offering 35/36 HP Mahindra has decided to offer high horsepower in 38HP hydrostatic guise (1538), which enables customers to get in and do the hard stuff, for similar value as the competition.

The 34 HP full synchro shuttle (1533) hits the market at the more traditional horsepower point with easy to use forward reverse shuttle.

The important thing is these tractors are the size that small acreage owners are looking for but built with the same strength that the more utility focused 4025 4WD offer.

Both 1533 and 1538 small tractor models offer factory self-level loaders, 4in1 buckets, backhoe, finishing mowers, slashers, and carry-alls as optional accessories.

The 1533 and 1538 complete the range of Mahindra Small Tractors and sit between the eMax22 and eMax25TLB, and the larger 4025 2WD/4WD and 5035 4WD Mahindra Compact Tractors.

According to the company the standout feature on the new Mahindra 1533 and 1538 Tractors is the safe working load of 350kgs for the self-level loader.

All Mahindra tractors feature a factory 3 year/2000 hour powertrain warranty as standard.
