Melbourne will host a unique international technology event specifically for the food and farming community in February 2019, called evokeAG.
The event will be staged by AgriFutures Australia, which sees the threshold of the next era in global agriculture.
“With the explosion of technologies like machine learning, robotics, synthetic biology, internet of things, augmented reality and many more, now is the time for us to shape how these technologies will transform the future of food and farming,” said John Harvey, the managing director at AgriFutures.
The event aims to get recognised leaders, farmers, innovators and investors, from Australia and overseas, together to share and explore directions for the next generation of food and farming.
Leaders from AgFunder, AgThentic, Austrade, CSIRO, Food Futures Company, KPMG and SproutX have joined the evokeAG steering committee.
evokeAG 2019 will take place at Melbourne’s Royal Exhibition Building on Tuesday and Wednesday, 19 to 20 February 2019. To register your interest in attending, or to receive a prospectus to showcase your product range go to https://evokeag.com/
