Full specifications of the 2026 Nissan Navaro Ute have been announced ahead of its March release in a four-grade Dual Cab lineup

Nissan Australia has revealed pricing and full specifications for the 2026 fifth generation Navara D27 Ute, ahead of its showroom arrival in four highly equipped grades in March, at a keen rrp of $53,348* for the entry-level SL.
The 2026 Navara Ute arrives as the nameplate marks its 40th anniversary, first delivered locally in December 1986. Since then, over 425,000 Navara’s have been sold in Australia, establishing the model as a trusted farm workhorse.
Building on this four-decade legacy, the 2026 Navara is loaded with high levels of equipment, advanced technology that elevates the Ute into a go-anywhere era that is capability supported by locally tuned suspension developed, tested and tuned by Premcar specifically for our local conditions.
All four grade levels of finish are powered by a 2.4-litre bi-turbo diesel engine delivering 150kW of power and 470Nm of torque, matched to a wide-ratio six-speed automatic transmission. This proven powertrain provides the grunt required for serious work applications with a claimed combined cycle fuel consumption of just 7.7L/100km#.
Every variant in the 2026 Navara range achieves a braked towing capacity of 3500kg~, ensuring a hard work capability.

Four grades to choose from
There are four model grades in the 2026 Navara range, SL, ST, ST-X and PRO-4X, all with 4 x 4 and dual cabs and automatic transmissions.

Navara SL Dual Cab – from $53,348*
The Navara SL sits at the entry level, and best value for money end of the range.
Standard equipment includes an electronic locking rear differential for enhanced traction in challenging conditions, LED headlamps and LED tail lamps for superior visibility, a 7-inch Instrument Cluster Display, a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system with DAB+ digital radio and wired Android Auto and wireless Apple CarPlay connectivity>, and tailgate assist for easier cargo access.
To its credit, the SL is one of the few entry-grade Utes in this market segment to offer an electronic locking rear differential as standard. This is a function that is usually only available by stepping up a grade or adding a more expensive option to a base model.

The SL rides on 17-inch steel wheels with 265/65R17 All-terrain tyres and comes equipped with an ‘Easy Select’ 4WD system with dual-range transfer case, allowing drivers to select between 2H, 4H, and 4L modes.
The included raft of built-in safety standards on the 2026 Navara range are available at this entry grade to ensure no compromise on safety, with ANCAP 5-star credentials underpinned by eight airbags and an impressive suite of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems including Autonomous Emergency Braking, Lane Departure Warning with Emergency Lane Assist, Blind Spot Warning, Intelligent Around View Monitor with Moving Object Detection and Front and Rear Cross Traffic Alert^.
The seats of the SL are trimmed in cloth, with silver stitching that provides a durable and comfortable cabin environment suited to demanding work applications.
Navara ST Dual Cab – from $56,765*
The Navara ST builds on the SL specification with additional comfort and convenience that is designed for buyers who want a rugged work Ute, but also one that looks good in town.
Key additions include LED front fog lamps for improved visibility in adverse conditions, 17-inch alloy wheels in silver finish, heated exterior mirrors with integrated indicators and power-folding function, a leather-accented+ steering wheel with silver inserts, and an auto-dimming rear-view mirror.
The interior gets an upgrade with carpet floor covering rather than vinyl. Along with plenty of USB charge points and privacy glass for the rear compartment.
Additionally, the ST includes a sports bar, an option typically purchased as a dealer accessory. The ST model ensures comprehensive utility and work-ready capability, direct from the factory.
Navara ST-X Dual Cab – From $63,177*
The Navara ST-X is a step-up to premium specification, combining enhanced off-road capability with an elevated interior finish.
With the ST-X, drivetrain capability advances significantly with the introduction of Super version 4WD, with a Torsen limited-slip centre differential and seven selectable terrain modes (Normal, Eco, Gravel, Snow, Mud, Sand, and Rock). Hill Descent Control provides confident progress on steep descents.
Exterior styling is distinguished by 18-inch gunmetal grey alloy wheels with step machining, body-colour front bumper lower lip, silver-painted grille inserts and side steps. Power-folding exterior mirrors with chrome finish and integrated indicators enhance the premium presence.
Leather-accented seats+ with power adjustment for the driver, heated front seats, dual-zone climate control, push-button engine start with intelligent key, and a wireless smartphone charger> deliver a refined cabin experience.
A standard 9-inch advanced infotainment system features DAB digital radio, Android Auto and wireless Apple CarPlay connectivity>, ensuring seamless smartphone integration.
The ST-X is also fitted with a tubliner for cargo protection, sports bar, and tailgate assist.

Navara PRO-4X Dual Cab – from $68,418*
At the very top of the 2026 Nissan Navara is the PRO-4X. This model is engineered for drivers who require rugged off-road capability, but don’t want to compromise on style or creature comfort equipment.
Distinctive PRO-4X styling includes a unique front grille surround with lava red orange insert, 17-inch matt black alloy wheels fitted with 265/65R17 all-terrain tyres, and obvious attention getting touches of wheel arch moulding with lava red orange accents, black roof rails, and a ‘NAVARA’ tailgate badge finished in black with red accenting.
Inside, the PRO-4X cabin is highlighted to impress with a dark colour air conditioning finisher, leather-accented+ seats with orange stitch and suede bolster, leather-accented+ steering wheel with orange stitch, and ‘PRO-4X’ logo embossed on the front seatbacks. Black painted inner door handles and lava red orange accents throughout the front console and door trim create a cohesive premium sports aesthetic.
Exclusive to the PRO-4X grade, the towbar comes as standard, reflecting the lifestyle-focused positioning of this flagship variant. Towbar fitment can typically add $1,200 or more to the drive-away price but as a standard inclusion, it allows buyers to confidently tow trailers, boats, or recreational gear from day one, without the need to purchase or install an accessory item. A black sports bar, tubliner, and tailgate assist complete the package.

Colour availability
Up to eight exterior colours are available across the range, with three standard colours and five premium colours attracting a $995 surcharge.

Premium colours ($995): Blizzard White, Summit Silver, Boulder Grey, Horizon Blue, Kimberley Orange
Colour availability varies by grade. Horizon Blue is available on ST-X and PRO-4X only. Kimberley Orange is exclusive to ST-X.
