The Selecta range of diesel delivery equipment from Silvan Australia now includes both the Selecta Digital Diesel Shut Off Gun and an Inline Digital Diesel Meter Kit.
Both products are ideal to assist farmers, contractors and many users of diesel fuel to manage and account for their consumption of diesel fuel at all times.
The Selecta Diesel Shut Off Gun has a recommended retail price (rrp) of $189 and offers a flow capacity of up to 65-litres/min. The Gun will automatically shut off on reaching a tank full position.
The digital read out meter notes the fuel delivered per vehicle, or used per job. Plus the application or time to be recorded for calculation of diesel consumption or cost appropriation to any particular project.
It is supplied with 25mm (1-inch) and 19mm (0.75-inch) swivelling hose tails ready for addition to an existing delivery line of a pumped fuel delivery supply system. But note this gun is not designed for gravity feed fuel systems.
Meanwhile the Selecta Digital Diesel Meter Kit with a rrp of $299 is designed as an addition to a piped supply line for instance to confirm a tank fill level or take stock of fuel already in place.
This meter is also supplied with additional fittings to suit one inch or three quarters of an inch BSP hose tail connectors, or with a reducer from a 25mm (1-inch) hose to the 19mm (0.75-inch) of the nozzle and meter.
