StackPro trailer range can shift large squares much quicker than anybody else

The Stackpro self-loading square bale collecting and stacking system is fully automated and that allows just one operator to load and haul over 20 bales at a time

Anderson Stackpro square bale self-loading trailers are designed and built to give you faster loading with a high capacity for each load and all the while saving time with this one-person operation of collecting and stacking

Burder Ag Attachments is a major distributor of leading agricultural products and has a knack of seeking out some the world’s best model lines.

This could be partly down to the fact that Burder Ag Attachments themselves are manufacturers and can spot well-built brands better than most.

StackPro hay trailers manufactured by the Anderson Group are a good example of the quality lines that Burder handle.

The Anderson Group’s Stackpro hay trailers are built to cater for large-scale hay operations, as these models can load hay bales much quicker than most and in quantities way above average.

There are two models to choose from in the StackPro trailer range, the Stackpro 5400 is the smallest and at the entry level with a bale handling range of 8 to 18 bales each load., while the Stackpro 7200 can handle 12 to 27 bales, depending on the bale size.

Considering their high-quality build, weighing up to 20% more than standard models at 10.1 and 11.3 tonnes respectively, these trailers can still move quickly, and operators will find it easy to collect and stack square bales at a higher speed than they would expect.

It’s the robust build of the Stackpro that has made these models popular with local hay producers and contractors.

They can simply endure our more extreme conditions, while the fully automated loading system allows one operator to handle a workload of twice as much than if they were working with a less current design.

The StackPro can also keep track of the number of bales in each paddock, ideal for contractors keeping an accurate count. While the fully electronic control panel, weighs bales for a total load, with a weighing system that offers a + -2.5% margin of error.

To complement the positive response to the StackPro tralers, Burder Industries has appointed Joe Mancini as the sales specialist to impart his considerable knowledge about the range.

Joe says the StackPros have a definite advantage due to their unique pickup system design that follows the same bale position as it came out of the baler.

“In addition, the StackPro is fitted with grabber arms that levitates the bale off the ground,” Joe says.

“This is a big advantage over systems that only have chain-driven platforms that run into the bale. Then the chain has to make its way up a sometimes very long platform. That system has a tendency to actually skip the bale on the ground for a while before it picks up,” Joe reiterates.

The StackPro loading process differs to the point that it runs a fully automated loading system. The operator can use the Danfoss touch screen to input information about the bales, and the system will do the rest.

Joe adds, “With the StackPro, the operator only has to guide the trailer to the next bale, while the automated system will do the rest for you.”

Another advantage the StackPro offers is through the Danfoss touchscreen. The operator can easily see the number of bales loaded in each paddock run, and even for each customer account.

Joe also wants to make another valid point, “The StackPros have loading arms able to support bales up to 1100kg in weight without damaging twine and each model has a built-in lubrication-free pivot system that makes it virtually maintenance-free.

Anderson products are distributed exclusively through Burder Ag Attachments, and they will provide all the backing you will ever need, from spare parts and service to technical support.
