TGB ATV models appear to many as the saviour of quad bikes

Argo ATV (Aust) are the authorised local distributor for TGB and are proud to offer a safe ATV that is fully compliant with new regulations

You will experience premium off -road quality, performance and value from this multi award winning TGB all-terrain vehicle

Local farmers have embraced TGB quads as replacements for previous trusted brand names such as Can Am, Honda, Polaris, Suzuki, and Yamaha.

Those five manufacturers held the lion’s share of the ATV market but stopped supplying models when new ATV build laws came into effect on 11 October 2021.

At the time of the legislation changes to make sure Quad bikes would be much safer in the future, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) learned of the mass pull-out by the big five manufacturers but said it would stand by its decision to legislate the changes.

ACCC deputy chair Mick Keogh said at the time he was unsure why the major manufacturers were not complying with the regulations.

Quality built TGB ATV’s are fully compliant to the toughest build laws in the world – Australia – while their Scooters, CVT’s, Engines and other componentry are also sold in 40 Countries

And while many local farmers were left floundering with the understanding, they could not replace their old quads with a brand they had trusted for years, it was TGB that came to the rescue.

The TGB Blade series of ATVs currently available here are built in Taiwan and are fully compliant to the current Australian ATV Standard.

TGB ATVs are distributed through an Australian-wide, ever-increasing specialised dealer network.

Together, TGB and Argo ATV (Aust) say they will continue to work diligently to build and educate

their dealer network, not only at the purchase point, but also offer an outstanding after-sales service, parts, accessories and if required, help with any warranty issues.

TGB have shot to fame so quickly that many have asked, who is this new kid on the block.

Well let us tell you, they are not so new.

Currently sitting at the top of the range is TGB’s Blade 600Se-X EPS with a single cylinder 4-stroke engine offering Electronic Fuel injection that puts out 31kW (42hp) at 6500rpm and delivers 53.6Nm of torque

The company was originally founded in 1965 as TVC Taiwan Vespa Company producing components of the World famous Vespa Scooters. In 1978 TGB was established becoming a major component supplier to many ‘big name’ manufacturers including Piaggio, Rotax, Peugeot, Minarelli, Morini and Polaris.

The ultra-durable 561cc SOHC 4-stroke engine delivers awesome power and torque – clean and quiet, it’s designed and tuned to deliver excellent fuel economy

Over the decades many manufacturers have turned to countries that can produce more competitive overall products, at lower prices. Taiwan is one of these countries but with a major advantage.

Taiwan is a highly developed economy being the 8th largest in Asia and 18th-largest in the world; with a GDP per capita greater than China.

TGB is an acronym for Taiwan Golden Bee – in the eyes of many Asians there is nothing more fortunate than a ‘Golden’ Bee.  TGB is a brand proudly made in Taiwan and focus heavily on quality and service with multiple award nominations including “Best Selling ATV” in Europe.

In 2022 TGB has a strong focused range of ATV’s created for Australian conditions that exceed the new safety regulations required by the Australian Government.

A regulation that has seen other ATV brands leave the market. The TGB ATV has the safest tilt angle recorded at 34.4 degrees and combined with the addition of a unintrusive certified Occupant Protection Device (OPD) the TGB ATV is now considered by many as the best Quad Bike you can purchase new in Australia.

TGB Australia is proudly located in Brisbane Qld with a distribution experience of 44 years in Australia and currently offers high performance 500cc and 600cc 4WD quad bikes in all markets across the country with the fastest growing and comprehensive dealer network.
