The roar of supercharged engines, the smell of petrol and the sight of burning rubber is expected to haul thousands to Rutter Reserve in Tooradin on January 21.
To the excitement of revheads and motoring enthusiasts, the Tooradin Tractor Pull and Truck Show is on again from 10am to 10pm.
Event president Allyn Reeve said it would be a jam-packed family day with loads of children’s entertainment, including jumping castles and dodgem cars.
There will be helicopter rides, a modified and vintage tractor pull, and burnout demonstrations.
Mr Reeve said about 80 big trucks, 44 modified tractors, 24 vintage tractors and 60 cars would be on display.
Tickets will be available at the gate. Adults $25, kids $10, seniors $15 and families $60.
All money raised goes to local clubs, schools and various charities. A strict “no dogs” policy will be enforced.
